Who is responsible
Zamboanga Chamber of Commerce and Industry Foundation, Inc. (ZCCIFI) organizes the event and decides how your registration is used. Nexzys Intelligence runs this registration system on ZCCIFI's behalf and uses your details for nothing else.
What we collect
Your full name, your company or organization, your designation if you give one, and your voucher code if you use one. We record when you registered, whether you have paid, and, on the day, when you checked in. We do not ask for your email, phone number or address. To stop people guessing voucher codes, we keep a scrambled, unreadable record of failed voucher attempts for 24 hours.
Why
To reserve your badge, print your name on it, apply your free-entry voucher or record your payment at the desk, check you in, and count attendance for the event.
Who can see it
Only ZCCIFI organizers and registration desk staff who sign in to the organizer page, and Nexzys Intelligence as the system operator. Your badge ID and QR code do not reveal your name. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.
Where it is stored
In Supabase, a cloud database, on servers in Singapore. This means your details are stored outside the Philippines.
How long we keep it
Your registration is kept only until ZCCIFI finishes its attendance report for the event, and then it is deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your registration, or withdraw it before the event. Email zamboanga.chamber.commerce@gmail.com with your badge ID. You can also complain to the National Privacy Commission.
